Connect Ivory to your Adobe Tags property

Ivory uses your existing Adobe Tags session. No separate login required.

Connect to Your Property

1. Navigate to Adobe Experience Platform

2. Sign in to your Adobe account

3. Open "Data Collection"

4. Navigate to Tags and select the property you want to work with

5. Open the Ivory side panel

6. Click Refresh Credentials

The status indicator shows "Connected" when successful. Your property name and ID appear below.

How It Works

Ivory detects your Adobe Tags credentials from your active browser session. It uses the same authentication as your logged-in Adobe account.

Switching Properties

To work with a different property:

1. Navigate to the new property in Adobe Tags

2. Click Refresh Credentials in Ivory

Troubleshooting

Status shows "Not Connected"

• Confirm you're logged into Adobe Tags

• Make sure you're on a property page (not the Adobe homepage)

• Click Refresh Credentials again

• Click Refresh Credentials
